There's a famous picture of a Maiko under cherry blossom with Fuji-san in the background I think that instantly says Japan to me. Sushi would have been my first choice but it's become so much of a world wide phenomenon that I don't jump right to Japan when seeing it. Can't wait to see what you all choose though. Sorry to bother you here, but I wanted to let you know, I've had a lot of problems accessing the ichibankanusa.com website. I keep getting 503 errors. I can't even pull up the aboutus link to email.
