Important Message

Farewell to our loyal fans:

Ichiban Kan will be indefinitely, while we do hope to re-establish our online presence in the future.

As soon as items are sold out, our online store will be closed. Please rest assured that if you have a problem with your order after our store is closed, our customer service staff will still take care of any issue for your satisfaction.

We are sincerely grateful for having had so many customers who enjoy our products since April 2008. It has been fun, challenging and rewardng for us to build this online store every day. We loved hearing from you and will miss interacting with you on social media and through our contact form. If it wasn't for you, we couldn't have grown this much.

If you are ever in the bay area, please stop by one of our retail locations which will all remain open.

Awwww!!! Oh no. This is my favorite online store for all things Japanese. I hope that one day the online store can come back because I don't have any stores near me like this one. I've enjoyed the products I've bought from you so far, so I'll really be sad to see you go.

I am very so sad also, as I live in Arkansas, where I cannot get most of these items anywhere at all, and I've been a regular orderer, of the food & bento items in particular. I hope you are able to open again soon, but I just placed a order just in case. Thanks!!

That's a shame! Have you thought of maybe shifting your sales to an ebay store or amazon, something to let us far away shoppers keep buying?

I'm so sorry to hear this. I live close to your stores, so I will continue to be a customer but I know you are one of the few -- if not the only -- online sources of reasonably priced bento gear. Good luck and I hope your business turns around soon!

Sob!! I am so very disappointed to read this! I have placed many orders from you and will be so sad not to have your online store as a resource - No way to have mail order bento products? I just placed an order, but much of what I wanted was already gone :( So sad - who will supply the boxes for my bento workshop next year at such a reasonable price (no store near me as an East Coaster...) Wahhhh - and I just gave my attendeed your web addy as my fav resource too!! Sob!

I just found you guys and received my first order - i was on Bento Only and saw they and almost cried! :( Understandable in these times, but heartbreaking - guess I'll get my last order in first thing in the morning and hope you come back soon.

No! Don't go! I have been ordering at least once a month since you opened your doors over a year ago. I was waiting for you to restock the Tomo Boy and Petite Amore green sets to place my next order. Now I have an incomplete bento set! ~cries~ I really hope y'all come back soon. We all love you so much.

Ichiban Kan Online Store i like most. This is my favourite store too, for Japanese products. I love all of their products. I m hoping this too, one day it will come back for us. I will miss your presence
