Checkout Error - Insufficient Qty

Some of you contacted us regarding a checkout error which indicated that "one or more items in the cart had insufficient quantities" without specifying an item.

We found a solution to the issue. Now the cart should show a problematic item and the available quantity if the number entered is more than we have.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if this problem persists or if you find any other bizarre trouble.

As many of you probably have noticed, we now have a "New Items" category for loyal Ichiban Kan fans.

You can view new items by clicking on the top tab "New" or a link on the right side.

On a related note, we will get tons of products back in stock next Tuesday. We will work on new items as fast as possible.

It's been beyond our control in spite of advanced preparation, and we hope you understand it.

We've been working with one of the leading packaging companies to select shipping boxes for Ichiban Kan online store. Choosing several sizes out of hundreds of options is actually harder than we expected!

The Newest Rising Star in E-commerce

Ichiban Kan is a retail company with the operation and distribution center in San Francisco. We do research and select unique, fun and practical merchandise mostly from Japan. Our three stores are currently located in San Francisco (Japantown), San Mateo, and El Cerrito.

About six months ago, we decided to expand our business into the internet domain. We have been working hard on constructing our logistic system and web store since then.

It looks like a lot of people are looking forward to Ichiban Kan's online store. Yes, it's been delayed, but for a good reason. We want to make sure that everything is set to accommodate your high expectations. We appreciate your patience!
